The hotel has tastefully decorated rooms. the staff were super friendly! the venue is in a favorable location right by transport and close to the center. Our room had a walk-in shower and overlooked the garden.

The units are new-fashioned, spacious. The staff is AMIABLE and kind. The hotel is set in a particularly good and stunning location very close to other attractions in the town as well as the Hoi A river. Also, it's located 3 km from Clarehall Shopping Centre.

The hotel's decoration was lovely with beautiful traditional Vietnamese artwork and comfortable seating areas where I could relax and chat with other guests. The general areas were well-maintained and wheelchair-friendly, making it easy for senior people like myself to move around.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests, providing them with extra assistance or information about nearby attractions suitable for their age.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Family Hotel in Hoi An. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ha and his niece. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as a family, as it was conveniently situated for travel within and outside the city. We were able to easily explore the popular points of interest nearby, and it was just a short walk away from the Ancient Town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. We highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Hoi An.

My children wanted a swimming pool at the hotel.

The hotel was in a lovely and quiet area just off Vietnam, near a beautiful beach and the Hoi A River. The location was marvelous, relatively close to Ba Le Well. The restaurant was conveniently located within 600 feet. My stay was very comfortable thanks to you guys.
